Undergraduate studies at St. Mary’s College of Maryland, Master’s Degree studies at Harvard University. Mom of one beautiful 6 year-old daughter. Avid food and health researcher…well, ok, crazy health food addict and activist who wants the whole world to know that food is the true and best medicine for healing all disease. Passionate about women’s stories and messages and publishing them so that the whole world will hear their collective wisdom. Only knows one really corny joke.
